YOUR CHANCE TO LET US KNOW YOUR VIEWS ON THIS LOCAL PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IN ORDER THE BRA PUT FORWARD YOUR VIEWS TO THE COUNCIL ON YOUR BEHALF.

Many local residents will remember Grosvenor applying to redevelop this site about ten years ago, and due to opposition that proposal was withdrawn.

We now see a new proposal put forward . We are asking for your views and feedback as members. This is vitally important we listen to you, and at the moment of posting this up on our website we have had little feedback .

We do not want to inform the council and Grosvenor of our views until we get a lead from you, as our members.

We have had feedback from some of the local traders and most at this stage who have been in touch have been negative towards the proposals. Traders think the proposals are out of all proportion to what is actually demanded by retailers who wish to come to Pimlico Road.

We need to give valid reasons for any objection, and if appropriate offer any constructive feedback as to how these proposals could be changed and or accepted or rejected.

All enquiries and feedback should be provided please by 31 July and if in doubt about any issue please contact The Chairman directly who next week will study the plans directly on your behalf before bringing the issue to the main BRA committees attention at the next meeting on 6 July.
