Additional Basement Planning Approval Requirements

The owner /developer of any basement development within Belgravia (even when planning permission has been obtained from Westminster City Council) must complete the attached form in order to request permission from the Grosvenor before they are permitted to commence works.This application forms part of the approval process from Grosvenor. Under the Grosvenor’s Belgravia Management plan, planning permission in itself does NOT permit the developer/owner to carry out the works.
